VGXPO is built for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a large consumer
audience - our value proposition is designed to drive high impact at the lowest possible cost.
We've developed VGXPO exhibit and sponsorships packages to provide you and your company with
the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
VGXPO's costs are significantly lower then those found at other events such as E3, GDC,
E-for-All and Digital Life. Our standard exhibit fees start at just $25.00 per square foot.

FOR SMALL ORGANIZATIONS
For small exhibitors (with revenues under $250,000), we continue to offer
the VGXPO Market Place. Located on the exhibit floor, the
Market Place is built for companies who wish to be part
of consumer videogame events, but who otherwise would be left out because of costs.
Unique in the videogame event industry, only VGXPO provides affordable marketing tools
for the smallest companies in the games and pop culture industries. Market Place prices start at
$1250, and exhibitors in the Market Place also have the option to set up a second exhibit space
in one of the VGXPO Vendor Rooms for half price!

10x10 Corner - $1350 (includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 passes)

NEW IN 2008!!! VGXPO VENDOR ROOMS
LOW COST SPACE FOR PRE-OWNED GAMES, COMIC BOOKS, TOYS & COLLECTABLE SALES
VGXPO Vendor Rooms are the most affordable exhibit space in any major pop-culture, or gaming, convention.
Our Vendor Rooms are a new option for folks that sell pre-owned & retro games,
comic books, toys, scifi/fantasy collectables, card & table top games
and other pop culture items. Vendor Room prices range between $250 and $500 and include at least one table, chairs, expo and
VGXPO After Hours passes.
Located outside of the main exhibit hall, the Vendor Rooms will be
open on Saturday (12pm to 10pm) and Sunday (10pm to 5pm). On Saturday, the Vendor Rooms
will be open later than the main exhibit hall making them a predominate destination during
VGXPO After Hours. As an option, some larger vendors may opt to have exhibit space on both the
main exhibit floor and in the Vendor Rooms (Market Place vendors can get Vendor Room space
for half price) - the choice is up to you.
For 2008 we will dedicate at least 10,000 sq. ft to the VGXPO Vendor Rooms. Currently we have
two themed Vendor Rooms (with the possibility of additional rooms):
THE DEN - for sales of comic books, toys, and scifi/fantasy collectables
THE GAME ROOM - for sales of card/table top, pre-owned, retro and homebrew games
